How we work
Small crews. Long horizons. We give independent teams a shared heading and the room to go somewhere new.
Three rules of flight
Independent by design
Every studio keeps its own name, brand, design system and roadmap. Mistwright looks nothing like Enq, and that is the point. We hold the long-range view; each crew chooses its course.
Small crews
Few people, clear ownership, short feedback loops. Small teams turn quickly when the map changes, and nobody waits on a committee to ship.
Built for the long haul
Voyager 1 launched in 1977 and is still sending word home. We have been at it since 2002, and we make things meant to keep going.
One heading, separate ships
Voyager Labs sits above the studios, never in front of them.
Studios fly their own colours
Each studio has its own identity and design system. On voyagerlabs.io they appear with their own marks, unaltered.
We appear as a credit
On a studio’s own surfaces, Voyager Labs shows up once, quietly: in the footer, the credits or the about page.
