Your privacy is important to Voyager Labs LLC. This privacy statement explains the Personal Data Enq processes, how Enq processes it, and for what purposes.
Personal Data
If you choose to create an account in Enq, it will record your email address and name. This is also necessary for web, AI, and related features.
No other data are requested, nor is there an affordance for it to be stored.
We cannot control whether users choose to input additional Personal Data. It is not recommended that users input sensitive information to Enq. This is not a HIPAA or otherwise privacy-certified system.
International (Non-United States) Users
If you are located outside the United States, including the European Union or other jurisdictions with privacy regulations, you acknowledge that Voyager Labs may process your data in the United States. We collect only the minimal information required for functionality, and comply with applicable data protection laws to the extent required.
Minors
Enq is not intended for use by individuals under the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect information from those under the age of majority.
Other Collected Data
Enq may collect telemetry — anonymous, untrackable, unlinked, data about how the application is used.
We will use these data to improve the workflows, stability, and UI of the application, and for no other purposes.
In no event will these data include any user input to Enq.
How We Use Personal Data
Enq uses the Personal Data we collect to provide you with the Services we offer, which includes using telemetry data to improve and personalize your experience within the application. We also may use the data for necessary communications with you. For example, informing you about account concerns or security updates.
Enq and Voyager Labs will not intentionally use your Personal Data for advertising, tracking, or targeting.
Reasons We Share Personal Data
We will not share your personal data except when required by law or to respond to legal process.
Voyager Labs LLC is subject to the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina.
How to Access & Control Your Personal Data
Voyager Labs intentionally collects the minimum set of personal information. You cannot modify or reduce this set while retaining functionality. You are free to delete your account to destroy these data. To delete your account, send an email to help@voyagerlabs.io.
Voyager Labs will retain your data for a minimum of 90 days after your account is deleted. This is both to ensure you can reverse mistaken deletion and to allow for legal process.
Third-Party (Sub)Processors
If you choose to make an account with any Enq application, the 3rd party authentication provider (e.g. Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.) may retain a record of your having used Enq.
We do not transmit personal information to these providers, as they already have a superset of what we acquire.
We do not know the Subprocessors of the authentication providers; please contact your selected Service for that information.
AI Services
For AI services, the selected model provider (default: Open AI) will receive the text of your entries for purposes of estimation.
AI providers process your input solely to fulfill your requested tasks. Retention policies may vary and are governed by each provider's terms of service. Voyager Labs does not control Third-Party retention or processing.
For Flow Board (a productivity feature which uses AI to assist with task preparation) usage, the AI provider will be given all available context from the connected systems, including email, chat, meeting transcripts, etc.
AI aspects of Flow Board and associated sharing can be disabled in user settings (or across an Enterprise). Users who disable this will have a heuristic-based flow board without AI enhancement.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
Enq for Web uses Cookies (small text files placed on your device) and similar technologies to provide our websites and online services. Cookies allow us, among other things, to store your preferences and settings; enable you to sign-in; combat fraud; and analyze how our websites and online services are performing. We do not use tracking Cookies, nor do we attempt to present advertising at all, let alone based on your data.
Enq for any given platform, if used with a Basic or higher tier, and if used with an external account provider, will transmit tokens representing your login state to Enq for Web so that information can be synced between the systems. Your name and email will be stored to personalize Enq and perform necessary authentication activity.
Both Enq for Web and Enq for other platforms may create and transmit telemetry regarding feature usage. This will not contain any personal information or data input into Enq.
In no circumstance is Enq using your data for targeting or advertising Cookies, nor is Voyager Labs.
Protection of Enq Data
Data input into Enq other than Enq for Web is hosted on the local device. For free tiers, data are not sent outside the device. Data on non-web Enq systems is not encrypted, as we generally expect these to be single-user systems.
Accounts on a Basic or higher tier will transmit data input into the system to Enq for Web such that it can be synchronized for your account.
Data on Enq for Web is encrypted at rest, and stored in a manner that carefully segments users' information.
Data transmitted between Enq for Web's services and any Enq device application is encrypted with standard web technologies.
User data are not accessible by Voyager Labs staff. We intentionally do not retain the ability to decrypt user data.
Limited Liability: While Voyager Labs takes reasonable efforts to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Breach Notification
In the event Voyager Labs becomes aware of a breach involving Personal Data, Voyager Labs will notify affected users in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Again, the Personal Data that may be affected is limited to a user's email and name.
Changes to This Privacy Statement
We will update this privacy statement when necessary to reflect customer feedback and changes in our services. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the statement. If there are material changes to the statement or in how Voyager Labs will use your personal data, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes before they take effect or by directly sending you a notification.
