8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voyager Labs, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Termination of access may occur without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations. Voyager Labs shall not be liable for any loss of data, access, or refunds arising from termination pursuant to this section.
